Vive Aesthetics & Wellness is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate who is passionate about long-term health transformation and confident performing advanced aesthetic laser treatments.

This is not a volume-driven, insurance-based role.

This is relationship-based medicine.

You will lead and grow our medically supervised wellness and weight loss program while also supporting our aesthetics team through laser and energy-based treatments. The ideal candidate is both analytical and hands-on, someone who loves labs and lifestyle optimization, but is equally confident in procedural care.

We are looking for someone who wants to build a career here, not someone passing through.

What You’ll Lead & Perform - Wellness & Preventative Care (Primary Focus)

• Comprehensive patient health assessments and lab interpretation
• Development of personalized wellness and weight loss plans
• Ongoing management of weight loss patients with emphasis on sustainable results
• Hormonal optimization and preventative care protocols
• Prescribing medications, supplements, and treatment plans aligned with Vive’s philosophy
• Consistent patient communication and follow-up through EMR, phone, and email
• Building patient loyalty and long-term program growth

Laser & Energy-Based Treatments

• Perform laser treatments (training provided if needed)
• Conduct consultations and educate patients on treatment options
• Maintain strict safety protocols and documentation standards
• Collaborate with aesthetics providers to ensure cohesive patient journeys

Who You Are

• Passionate about preventative care, weight loss, and long-term health optimization
• Comfortable interpreting labs and explaining results clearly to patients
• Confident performing procedures and open to expanding laser expertise
• Growth-minded and entrepreneurial in spirit
• Interested in building something, not just inheriting it
• Strong communicator who can educate without “selling”
• Proactive, organized, and accountable
• Team-oriented with high emotional intelligence
• Willing to build a professional presence (including collaboration on Instagram content)

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program
• Active NJ license
• DEA and CDS licenses
• Liability insurance
• Experience in weight loss, hormone therapy, functional medicine, or aesthetics preferred (training available for the right candidate)
• Experience with laser or energy-based devices is a plus

Schedule

• Full-time preferred.
• We are open to starting part-time with a transition to full-time.
• Every other Saturday (September–June) required.
• Summer Saturdays off.
